Any questions?

Looking for a little more information? Check out our Q&A section which covers the most commonly asked questions we hear. Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Send us an email at info@taxify.co.uk and we’ll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

Firstly, we are one of the most competitively priced tax firms in the UK, so you can rest easy knowing you aren’t going to be paying over the odds, yet still getting a fully compliant and efficient service so you don’t have to stress.

Secondly, you can feel safe in the hands of our tax experts, with a dedicated tax accountant on hand whenever you have any questions. They will be your direct contact who will stay with you throughout the process, including for any future returns, therefore making your journey as consistent and simple as possible.
Our tax accountants will ensure you are paying the correct amount of tax owed, not a penny over and not a penny less. Unless of course you are owed a refund and have overpaid on tax, then we will work this out and claim it back for you. They are fully trained and know the ins and outs of all of HMRCs rules and regulations, so they can assist you with everything you need.
If you are able to claim tax relief or you are eligible for any tax allowances, then we will work to minimise the tax you owe by taking these into account. If not, unfortunately we can’t reduce the tax you owe, as of course that would be illegal!
Each tax year runs starts on the 6th April and ends on the 5th April, e.g. the previous tax year began on the 6th April 2021, and ended on 5th April 2022. Following this, all those who are required to complete a self assessment tax return will need to do so by 31 January 2023 and don’t forget, you are required to pay your tax by this date too!
You certainly can! Once you fill out our form, we will match you with a tax accountant and introduce you. They will then call you as soon as possible, usually the same day, to discuss things further. Once we have made the introduction, you will be provided with your accountants contact information, so you can speak to them as and when needed.
As a UK based company working with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), we can only help those with their personal taxes who are filing a return in the UK.
